Our experienced mediators come from a wide range of backgrounds(legal, social work, counselling etc). Some have worked in this field for over 20 years . All have a full understanding of the legal divorce process, children’s needs, domestic abuse and finance and property matters.
We are affiliated to National Family Mediation the lead not for profit mediation organisation https://www.nfm.org.uk/
All our mediators are accredited with the standard setting body Family Mediation Council. https://www.familymediationcouncil.org.uk/
We have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency so that we can provide free mediation for those on benefits or a low income(see legal Aid section LINK)and are audited each year against their Quality Mark standards.
