We provide professional family mediation services in accordance with the standards and Code of Practice set by the Family Mediation Council (FMC). Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Initial Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs)
- Child arrangements mediation
- Financial mediation
- Online and in-person sessions
We are impartial, confidential, and committed to helping clients reach mutual agreements outside of court.
- Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
- Confidentiality
All mediation sessions are confidential, in accordance with the FMC Code of Practice and UK law. However, exceptions apply where:
- There is risk of serious harm to a person especially a child
- There is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g., safeguarding concerns, criminal activity)
- You have given explicit consent to share information

- Booking and Cancellation
Appointments must be booked in advance. You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least [48 hours] notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Fees and Payment
Details of our fees are available on our website or upon request. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment online via Worldpay link or by card and bank transfer)
